Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads or printable products
  • Opened craft kits or activity products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
